Modify or reverse engineer the app
Distribute or resell the app
Use the app for illegal activities
2. Offline Operation
1Bin operates fully offline.
No data is transmitted to Prozorp servers or third parties.
You are responsible for:
Backing up your data
Maintaining your device security
Managing exports/imports when switching devices
3. One-Time Purchase
Your purchase grants:
Lifetime use
Future feature updates (when available)
No monthly/annual subscriptions
No hidden charges
Refunds follow the policies of the respective app store.
4. Data Responsibility
Because 1Bin does not store any data on remote servers, you are solely responsible for the content you save inside the app.
We are not liable for:
Loss of data due to device malfunction
Incorrect warranty dates or reminders
Accidental deletion
5. Limited Liability
To the full extent permitted by law:
Prozorp is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or performance
You assume all risks associated with using locally stored data
6. Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality.
You may choose whether to install them.
7. Termination
Your license may be terminated if:
You misuse the app
Attempt unauthorized modification
Violate these Terms
Upon termination, you must uninstall the app.
